Colin Cowden (Chairman)
Colin Cowden is a qualified accountant and company secretary and has
been on a number of Boards including listed Insurance Group OAMPS
Ltd and mining Company Centamin Egypt Ltd. He has also Executive Chairman
of Cowden Ltd, a substantial independent insurance broking Group.

Jim Gardiner (Executive Director)
Jim Gardiner is a qualified accountant with experience in multi site operations.
He has a history of successful restructuring and establishing organic growth within
large Organisations.

Hugh Robertson (Non-Executive Director)
Hugh Robertson represents the interest of institutional investors
and is a Partner and Director of Bell Potter Securities. He has had
over 20 years experience in dealing with listed Companies.

Craig Harris (Company Secretary)
Craig Harris is a qualified accountant was previously the Financial
Controller of OAMPS Ltd for ten years. |
